Product quality is everything to us.
Not only are the majority of our operations BAP certified, we are also HACCP certified and CFIA approved. Our company follows strict Quality Management Program procedures, with processing facilities that are federally registered. The end result is a consistent, fresh, quality product served from farm to table with minimal environmental impact.
We only sell fresh product and we don’t sell from inventory. We harvest to order, which means our marine and sales teams coordinate our harvest schedules to meet demand. That means that 90% of our fish have already been sold before they come out of the water. This means we can tell our customers when they place their order; their salmon isn’t sitting in a warehouse. It’s in the water.
