We all generally know that eating fish is good for us. There are many health perks to eating salmon – it’s good for our minds and our bodies.

Farmed Atlantic salmon has a high fat content and is rich in beneficial Omega-3s, the long-chain fatty acids believed to have many health benefits, including reducing the potential for heart disease, reducing high blood pressure, reducing kidney and bowel disorders, reducing neurological dysfunction (such as depression, schizophrenia, memory loss, Alzheimer's disease), reducing inflammatory and auto-immune disorders, and facilitating weight loss.
